I love work, but I'm relieved that it has slowed down a bit because I currently have to focus on starting my 2nd year of college.. first on my agenda: finding an apartment/housing!

It's kind of a challenge at the moment, but I'm hoping to fix it this week because school starts soon!

InStyle Daily Beauty Tip: Poppy Lip

Hey, guys!

So since I started working, putting on makeup became even more a part of my daily routine. To keep my look fresh and updated all the time, I turn to InStyle's Daily Beauty Tips. And their most recent one is called Poppy Lip.

The perfect blend of our favorite summer lip color, tangerine with the always classic red is a punchy shade of poppy. We love that Nora Zehetner chose this bold shade and coordinated it with her printed blazer. To get the look, start by exfoliating your lips so that you can apply product on a smooth, even surface. Then outline your pout in a slightly lighter shade of lip liner than your lipstick so that the colors blend. Apply a generous swipe of poppy to your lips like Nora or go lighter for a more subtle effect. Finish with clear gloss for a shiny finish or leave as is for a matte style.

I love this lip color!

New Dresses from Asos!

Hey, guys!

Just wanna share with you that I just ordered 2 LBDs from Asos! :)

These will definitely come in handy for when I am sent to help with events for work (ie. weddings, birthday parties, engagement parties, etc.)

- Vero Moda Lace Peplum Dress, $58

I like the peplum detail and the lace!

- ASOS Midi Dress with Sheer Detail, $49.71

I chose this one because it's longer than the other one, at least I will have two options depending on the scale of formality of the events.

I also like how these dresses will come in handy for when I go back to school, for parties and such.

Busy with work!

Hey, guys!

To say that I miss you all would be an understatement! I always think about my blog and my fellow bloggers that I have left. I am forever itching to get back to my computer and blog, but I have been busy because, guess what?! I got a job!

I am busy working for a small but growing party-planning business. I am always so busy, but it's great because not only do I learn tons of things, I also get to save money. It feels good to know that I have some extra cash come Fall when I have to go back to school once again.

These are pretty much the kinds of things I deal with everyday, but it's fun to be surrounded by pretty things and happy people.

I promise I'll try to be more diligent about blogging though. I hope you guys haven't forgotten about me, lol!

Summer 2012!

Hey, guys!

Wow, I haven't been on here in ages! Everything has been kind of a blur since I got home from school. A lot of my friends and classmates came home and there were reunions here and there, so yeah, you get the idea.;)

But yeah, I've been having quite a busy but most definitely fun summer so far, what about you?

I haven't been having any success with the whole blogging regularly during the summer thing, but I promise I'll try to work on my blog as soon as my summer sched clears up.;)

Freshman Year of College: DONE!

Yep you read it right, I am officially done with my first year of college!

I know I still have a long way to go but oh boy, it feels amazing!
